How do I get into PingPong HQ?
When you book online you get a unique code that's valid for the length of your booking. Enter it on the Ping Pad at the front door to let yourself in.
How long can I stay?
For the length of your booking. You can arrive 5 minutes early and stay 5 minutes after. When your time ends, your table's lights switch off.
CCTV monitors the venue inside and out 24/7. Staying past your booking incurs a penalty.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No. Each table has paddles and balls. You're welcome to bring your own.
Can I let others in with me?
No. Everyone on a booking gets their own code and must use it to enter.
Everyone inside must be on a booking as a member or guest, whether they play or not, unless agreed with us beforehand. Letting in people who haven't paid incurs a penalty.

Is there food and drink?
Vending machines are available for after-hours play, and our affiliated café, Coffee First, is right next door.
Are there bathrooms?
Yes. Female, male and accessible bathrooms are at the back of the complex, using keys kept on the premises.
Can I book a specific table?
Yes. The booking system shows availability for every table, including the robot.
Can I extend my time?
Yes, if nobody's booked after you. Extend in your online account or at the kiosk inside.
What if I run over time?
Extend your booking to avoid penalties. You get a 5-minute grace period to pack up and return equipment. If others are waiting for the table, please leave it straight away.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable. Event and multiple bookings are non-refundable.

How do you keep everyone safe?
High-resolution CCTV monitors the venue inside and out 24/7, and there's a 24/7 help button for emergencies.
Can I book an event?
Yes. Use the private events form or email info@pingponghq.com.au to talk through details and catering.
There are free tables. Can we use them?
Only the table on your booking. Book any extra tables online first. Using a table you haven't booked incurs a penalty.
Is smoking, vaping or alcohol allowed?
No. Smoking, vaping and alcohol are not allowed on the premises. Each carries a $500 penalty and may lead to your account being blocked.
What are the penalties?
Staying past your booking after the 5-minute grace period: $100
Bringing in people not on the booking: $100
Smoking or vaping: $500
Bringing or drinking alcohol: $500
Cleaning (rubbish, spilt drinks, dirty equipment): $75
Damaging equipment: account suspension plus the cost of the equipment
